X GAMES Gear

BRANDWEEK's BARRY JANOFF reports ESPN's CONSUMER PRODUCTS DIVISION will unveil a summer campaign "to support the launch of branded goods tied to" the X GAMES.

Items include Moto X bikes by HYPER, protective gear by BELL SPORTS and ramps and rails by TEN EIGHTY.

The products hit retailers such as WAL-MART and TOYS 'R' US in August, timed with SUMMER X GAMES 11.

X GAMES apparel and accessories are due next spring.
