GOOGLE Launches On-Line Personal Hard Drive

GOOGLE is launching a .MAC-style storage service that will serve as a personal hard drive for users.

The service, code-named G-DRIVE, will back up a limited amount of documents, photos, videos and music clips for free with additional room available for a fee.

APPLE charges $99 a year for its 10 GB .MAC service.
