It seems most of the our technological 21st century nation has gone from casual to hardly ever even thinking about writing thank-you notes.

So, what situations warrant a note of thanks?

Well, everything.


Most of us may never become pros in our thank-youing, but etiquette experts say it's past time we take our first baby steps.

The world needs more gratitude -- written long hand in a few short sentences and sent by regular mail.

Thank-you notes help smooth life's rough edges.
