Witty Exchange? Let The People Decide

(From The New York Daily News -- By Lloyd Grove)

Unless you want to risk seeing a guy pushing 80 smack a guy pushing 60, don't sit MORLEY SAFER next to DONALD TRUMP.

Asked by NEW YORK MAGAZINE for his opinion of NASA's plans to spend $100 billion to send a human to the moon, the
60 MINUTES regular opined -- "It's the only way, short of murder, of getting rid of Donald Trump. And it's worth every penny."

When I called Trump, he fired back -- "Morley Safer is a total has-been. He lost it many years ago."

To which Safer riposted -- "I'm sorry. I always confuse Donald Trump with DONALD DUCK. I apologize."

[Ouch.]
