THE DISNEY MIX STICK PLAYER, a digital audio MP3/WMA player designed specifically for kids and teens, was unveiled today in New York by THAT'S SO RAVEN star RAVEN-SYMONE. The star of the hit DISNEY CHANNEL series introduced the THAT'S SO RAVEN DISNEY MIX STICK -- one of four choices for young consumers.
DISNEY MIX STICKS allow users to download music or copy a CD to its built-in digital memory. For easy entertainment on demand, without a PC, kids can also use a built-in SD/MMC card slot to listen to DISNEY MIX CLIPS -- tiny plug-and-play add-on memory cards with near CD-quality music of popular albums from WALT DISNEY RECORDS.
Available just in time for the holidays, DISNEY MIX STICKS come in three other styles -- DISNEY CHROME (modern/sleek look), FOREVER PRINCESS (pink/purple) and TINKER BELL (purple/green).
For the first time, we're able to deliver a real digital music player for under $50 that offers the affordability that has made CD so popular with kids," says CHRIS HEATHERLY, Vice President of DISNEY ELECTRONICS. "And with DISNEY MIX CLIPS, we can offer kids favorite albums in a true digital format while delivering the plug-and-play ease-of-use that kids have come to expect."
