WPIX (New York) is planning some sweet surprises for New Yorkers on September 8th tied in with the launch of THE CW's MELROSE PLACE.
WPIX is teaming with a mobile cupcake truck in Manhattan to create a special Melrose Place cupcake called S'MORE DRAMA.
The network is purchasing 1,100 of these cupcakes (being Channel 11) which will be distributed for free in the afternoon by 11 male models from the agency FLAUNT.
In addition, the 11 guys will be escorted around NYC in a stretch MINI COOPER limo wrapped with show graphics.
Later that evening, the male models will be at Penn Station handing out Melrose Place/PIX items to commuters.
