In an effort to avoid the potential mayhem surrounding the digital TV switch next February, NIELSEN's February 2009 sweeps measurement will slide to March 2009.
Nielsen will still have overnight ratings in metered markets for February 2009 and says it anticipates no changes with national ratings data.
Additionally, NIELSEN will conduct tests on ratings collected from digital-only stations starting this December.
