What Separates Professionals
One company's hot water heating system had started malfunctioning, so they called for service.
A serviceman showed up, sized up the situation and took out a large rubber mallet.
With a mighty blow, he struck one of the pipes and suddenly they had heat again.
The charge was $200.
The owner said, "Why should I pay you $200? All you did was hit the pipe with a mallet. I could have done that."
The serviceman replied, "The mallet isn't the issue. Knowing where to hit the pipe is."
[The same could be said for our industry. Anybody can make a cut. Knowing where to make that cut is what separates us.]
