Many cherish the "BEST OF PHILLY" awards from PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE, but we're told CBS 3 anchor ALYCIA LANE is none too pleased with her "BEST PEN PAL," nod from the mag's annual awards issue.
The award was given for Lane's emailing of bikini photos of her to married NFL NETWORK broadcaster RICH EISEN, which THE NEW YORK POST'S PAGE SIX first reported in May.
Philadelphia magazine editor LARRY PLATT yesterday confirmed that he "spoke to Alycia, she was upset by the item, and I heard her out."
She'll sit out Wednesday's invite-only "BEST OF PHILLY" party at RAE inside the CIRA CENTRE, where her colleagues UKEE WASHINGTON and ANNE-MARIE GREEN will emcee a portion of the program.
