A report blames the State Trooper driving New Jersey Governor JOHN CORZINE for the crash that seriously injured Corzine two months ago.
The Trooper was going 91 mph and slammed into a guard rail.
On a reckless driving scale, the Trooper was graded somewhere between "KENNEDY" and "LOHAN."
