TLC is redefining its Saturday night property programming block by moving out its six-year old series TRADING SPACES.

In its place beginning April 21st, TLC will bring in the new one-hour series THE REAL DEAL which follows RICHARD DAVIS and his team at TRADEMARK PROPERTIES as they evaluate houses for investment potential.
This series is produced by BRAINBOX PRODUCTIONS.
Then at 10 pm, TLC will air two episodes of its second new series MY FIRST HOME back-to-back. In each of the
12 half-hour episodes, viewers will watch as first-time homebuyers learn the ropes of home buying and negotiating.
MY FIRST HOME is produced by AUTHENTIC ENTERTAINMENT.
