SARAH SILVERMAN will serve as host of THE 2007 MTV MOVIE AWARDS, which will be televised live, a first, on Sunday, June 3rd from THE GIBSON THEATRE in Universal City, California.
You may recall MARK BURNETT will executive produce this year's show, with SALLI FRATTINI executive producing for MTV, and will include a new category featuring user-generated content, as part of an MTV and YAHOO! MOVIES partnership.
Silverman is the host of THE SARAH SILVERMAN PROGRAM, which airs on COMEDY CENTRAL.
