Coming up on SPORTSCENTER -- a look at the top bowlers in the cricket tri-nation tourney.
Huh?
This is ESPN -- OUTBACK STYLE.
The sports network is launching a new SportsCenter on Tuesday that will be broadcast on pay television in Australia and other Pacific Rim nations.
It's the 11th nation-specific SportsCenter for the network.
Unlike the others, this one will be produced and anchored from ESPN's studios in the United States.
The network hired more than a dozen sports journalists and personalities from Australia and moved most of them to Connecticut.
The show is to run every hour throughout the morning in Australia and updated at 6 pm ET, after most sports events in Europe have wrapped up.
