ESPN has reupped with THE BIG EAST CONFERENCE
Men's Basketball and Football programs for an additional
six year term.
The basketball deal begins in 2007, and the football in 2008.
The deal calls for Men's Basketball on Mondays and Thursday nights on either ESPN or ESPN2, as well as eleven regular season's Women's Basketball games.
The Big East Men's Basketball Championship and Women's Conference Championships will also be carried.
On the gridiron, a minimum of 14 Big East games will air on ESPN or ESPN2 on either Thursday, Friday or Sunday evenings.
Additionally, at least three games will air on ABC.
