In 2006, AVID TECHNOLOGY decided to shut down the AVID-L.

Thankfully, JEFF SENGPIEHL started up a new version called AVID-L2, based at YAHOO GROUPS.

This archive started archiving L2 postings in June 2006, and will continue to do so indefinitely.

Mailings to the list are sorted by month received.
