LIVE 8 Coverage Sparks Decency Complaint

(From The USA Today)

A parents group Thursday accused ABC of violating broadcast-decency standards when it failed to censor all profanity uttered during the LIVE 8 concert, held July 2nd to draw attention to poverty in poor countries.

THE PARENTS TELEVISION COUNCIL asked THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION to levy a fine on ABC stations for failing to censor THE WHO's tape-delayed performance of WHO ARE YOU, which contained an expletive.
