ESPN earned a 4.9 cable rating for its broadcast of Monday's HOME RUN DERBY, down 14.0% from a 5.7% last year.
But the 6,330,000 viewers make this year's telecast the most-viewed program on ESPN since the conclusion of THE NFL REGULAR SEASON.
THE DERBY, which was the most-watched cable program of the night, also drew ESPN's best male 18-34 rating of the year (5.4) and best male 18-49 rating (4.7) since the conclusion of THE NFL REGULAR SEASON.
