Another Little Angel

ANGELINA JOLIE, who has been romantically linked with BRAD PITT, is adopting a ETHIOPIAN BABY GIRL who has been orphaned by AIDS.

Jolie visited the nation last week to file her adoption request, accompanied by Pitt and her 3-year-old son, MADDOX, whom she adopted in CAMBODIA, an official said Wednesday. She emphasized that she is adopting as a SINGLE MOTHER.

"The paperwork has gone through. Miss Angelina's request was accepted last week," said HADOSH HALEFOM, head of the country's state-run adoption agency.

The child, whom she named ZAHARA MARLEY JOLIE, "is less than a year old," Halefom said.
