NBC's race-segment coverage of THE BELMONT STAKES was down 61.5% from a 15.6/31 last year, but up 10% from 2001, the last BELMONT STAKES without a TRIPLE CROWN contender.

NBC's pre-race coverage was down 62.5% from a 10.4/22 in 2004, and down 2% from 2001. Full coverage was down 62.7% from a 13.4/27 in 2004, but up 2.0% from a 4.9/13 in 2001.

After five years of BELMONT STAKES coverage, NBC's average ratings are up 66% from the five previous years of coverage on ABC.
