Three jockeys fined and suspended for wearing unapproved advertising on their clothing in THE KENTUCKY DERBY have appealed the penalties.
JEREMY ROSE, KENT DESORMEAUX and COREY NAKATANI were suspended from riding for seven days and fined $5,000 each.
