After all the legal talks between DRUM CORPS INTERNATIONAL (DCI) and DESTINY'S CHILD regarding the HERSHEYPARK VENUE and even after the court's ruling that DESTINY'S CHILD would be moved to THE GIANT CENTER, HERSHEY ENTERTAINMENT AND RESORTS COMPANY (HERCO) and FIVE STAR BRASS have been unable to come to an agreement on a new contract for the event.
As a result, THE 2005 HERSHEY SPECTACULAR, which has been at HERSHEYPARK for the last 60 years, has been cancelled.
