The Olympic torch is snuffed, and so is the Winter Games' ratings luster.
The 17-night contest from Torino, Italy, marked the
least-watched Winter Olympics since at least 1988.
The Games averaged 20.2 million viewers in prime time on NBC, according to NIELSEN MEDIA RESEARCH.
