NFL To Hold Draft At RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL

(From Sports Business Daily)

RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL will host THE NFL DRAFT on
April 29th-30th,
marking a first for the facility.

The draft will air nationally on ESPN, but will also be televised for the first time on THE NFL NETWORK.

The league, in conjunction with NYC BIG EVENTS and its DRAFT HOST COMMITTEE, will promote the event and its theme,
THE DREAM STARTS HERE, on street pole banners throughout midtown Manhattan, featuring Giants DE MICHAEL STRAHAN, Jets LB JONATHAN VILMA and others.

Last year's draft was held at New York's JACOB JAVITS CONVENTION CENTER, as the league ended a ten-year run at THE THEATRE AT MSG in the aftermath of a feud between CABLEVISION and the Jets over the team's proposed West Side stadium.

Notably, Radio City Music Hall is also a Cablevision-owned property.
