ESPN studio analyst TIM LEGLER ended up with a vodka and tonic thrown in his face by a miffed young woman at nightclub HOME last week.
The former NBA star -- who played for the Suns, Jazz, Warriors and Mavericks -- was partying at the Chelsea hotspot at about
4 am when, "Tim was doused with a drink by a girl who caught him cheating on her red-handed," claimed our spy. "She confronted him, there was a shouting match, then threw a full vodka and tonic in his face, then stormed out."
An ESPN spokesman told us, "Tim said he did not get a drink thrown in his face that night, but he did have a discussion with a girl there."
[Ahh, the Jedi mind-trick.]
