When MICHAEL D. EISNER vacated the chief executive's suite last fall after two decades at THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY, he had little to say about what he would do next.
Now he's ready to talk.
CNBC, the cable network, said on Tuesday that it had tapped Mr. Eisner for an hourlong prime-time talk show called CONVERSATIONS WITH MICHAEL EISNER, which will be broadcast every other month.
CNBC has not announced a date for the first show, but expects to do so soon.
