ESPN, during Saturday night's Penn State/Michigan State game, smartly added some perspective to the renewed success of Penn State's 78-year old coach JOE PATERNO by listing four luminaries born the same year Paterno was -- PLAYBOY founder HUGH HEFNER; QUEEN ELIZABETH; MEL BROOKS; and FIDEL CASTRO.
"Besides Joe Paterno, those four are not working," cracked analyst MIKE GOTTFRIED.
"That's the line of the year," laughed partner MIKE TIRICO.
