For all you ITHACA COLLEGE ALUMNI, DON RYAN informed me STUDIO A (THE JESSICA SAVITCH STUDIO) at
THE ROY H. PARK SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATIONS has been finally upgraded.
STUDIO A now sports a GRASS VALLEY (GVG) DD2 switcher, an APRISA SSX stillstore, and a CHYRON DUET LEX character generator.
STUDIO B will be upgraded Summer 2006.
An additional console was added in the STUDIO A Control Room for the additional keyboards and LCD panels. It looks pretty cool.
So, this along with the FINAL CUT PRO (FCP) systems they already have has PARK finally heading "digital."
Don Ryan, thanks for the post.
[The next step is a digital server. How about some HD?]
