ESPN will announce today a reorganization of its business functions into SIX SPECIFIC AREAS -- content, technology, sales and marketing, international, finance and administration.

Three key promotions include JOHN SKIPPER being named Executive VP/Content; CHUCK PAGANO named Executive Vice President/Technology and SEAN BRATCHES named Executive Vice President/Sales and Marketing.
