GREEN TEA is approaching sainthood.
Here's the latest miracle, vertified by a study published by the AMERICAN PHYSIOLOGICAL SOCIETY -- drinking GREEN TEA boosts exercise endurance.
JAPANESE RESEARCHERS supplemented the diets of mice with GREEN TEA EXTRACT and tested how long the mice were able to swim (who knew?) until exhaustion. By the end of the 10-week study, the mice on the supplements improved their endurance twice as much as their counterparts had.
TEA help muscles "process lipids and use fatty acids as an energy source," says TAKATOSHI MURASE, PH.D., the study author.
The mice also got stronger, thanks to improvised fat-burning capabilities. You can approximate the rodents' intake with about 4 cups a day.
